Occasionally, free shipping may be offered during select releases.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

High Demand Notice

Due to the limited-release nature of SVII artwork, orders may experience slight delays during drops.

We prioritize quality over speed.

No Return / No Refund

All sales are final.

Because each item is made-to-order and often part of a limited release:

• No returns
• No refunds
• No exchanges

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all details (product type, size, and shipping information) are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

scripture007 (SVII) is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.

If your package is lost or delayed:

• Contact the shipping carrier first
• Then reach out to us for assistance

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost deliveries
• Reshipping may require an additional fee
